Vanilla Frost Cakes specialises in baking cupcakes and biscuits for corporate clients across London. Using edible printed company logos, and coloured cupcake cases or packaging to complement the brand, I can create a bespoke range to suit each client’s needs.
I have baked for large events at some of London’s most prestigious venues, including several hundred cake pops for an event at One Mayfair, and a themed cupcake tower for a corporate party at Kensington Roof Gardens.
I regularly bake cupcakes and biscuits for well known publishing houses, featuring beautiful artwork from children’s books. These are displayed, and distributed to guests at book launches and author events. I have also made cakes to be presented to authors, featuring characters from their books.
Edible images are printed directly on to thin sheets of icing, not rice paper, and mounted on to sugarpaste. All edible printing is done in-house, allowing me to keep costs low, and create unique designs in various shapes and sizes.
Lucy is an absolute dream to work with. She understood our brief immediately and had fantastic ideas on how to make our cake look even better. We required it for a book launch and on the day, the author herself couldn’t have been happier with it! Lucy’s skills with fondant icing are truly something to behold, she created the perfect likeness of the book’s main character – who then looked so cute we almost couldn’t bear to eat him! Overall, we were thrilled with the entire process and product and definitely wouldn’t hesitate to order more cakes from Lucy in the future.
